#OurDigitalFuture... :)
We envision an ethical digital world that is inclusive, transparent, and safe. We work with people and communities to remove barriers to digital freedom and to create empowered digital citizens across the globe.
“The online world is bursting with ways to be creative, develop skills and become a digital citizen to lead communities. To speak the language of young people, we need to inhabit their spaces and understand negative cycles of behaviour and the risk of exploitation. We need to design youth-led interventions that address these problems at their roots, and offer genuine opportunity to thrive online. We’re excited to be working alongside Avast Foundation to develop a sector-leading approach to online social engagement and digital citizenship. We’ll be finding new ways for young people to thrive online, equipping them with the skills they need in an online world and preparing them to handle the challenges.”
“Global Fund for Children is excited to partner with the Avast Foundation to launch the Spark Fund. This new venture harnesses the power of digital technology to amplify youth voices and promote youth-led social change. Fueled by a mutual commitment to youth empowerment, GFC and Avast will support young leaders with resources to advance their causes and fight injustice around the world.”
“Shared Nation is delighted to be a part of the Spark Fund partnership. Youth leadership is essential to shifting power and creating justice and well-being. We're very excited that our technology can support the fair and efficient selection of dynamic youth-led projects from around the world."
